All CiCi Moryland products are custom-made based on customer-provided photos and requests.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once production has started, except in cases of manufacturing defects or wrong items received.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement where applicable.
