1. Nature of Our Business

CiCi Moryland provides custom-designed phone cases based on photos, themes and personalization provided by the customer.
Each product is made to order and uniquely created for the customer.

2. Order Process

  1. Customer selects a design theme and uploads photos.

  2. Our designer creates a custom layout based on the selected theme.

  3. The final design may be adjusted for balance, quality, and aesthetic.

  4. Once confirmed or processed, the order proceeds to production.

3. Custom Product Policy

Because all products are personalized, the final design may differ slightly from preview images shown on the website.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that creative interpretation is part of the customization process.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit).
We accept online payments through approved payment gateways.
Payment must be completed before production begins.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept refunds or cancellations once production has started.

Refunds are only offered in the following cases:

  • Wrong product model received

  • Printing defect or damaged item upon arrival

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for verification.

6. Shipping

All orders are shipped from Malaysia.
Estimated processing time: 1–2 business days
Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary due to courier or public holidays.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs created by CiCi Moryland remain our intellectual property.
Customers may not resell, reproduce, or redistribute the designs without permission.

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure:

  • Uploaded photos are clear and appropriate

  • Phone model is selected correctly

We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

9. Limitation of Liability

CiCi Moryland shall not be liable for indirect losses, data loss, or delays caused by third-party couriers or service providers.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
